• Have valid accounts on the social media platforms you wish to connect.
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

3. User Accounts and Authorization

By connecting your social media accounts to Vibe Motion, you authorize our platform to:

• Access your social media accounts using OAuth authentication.
• Publish video content to your accounts on your behalf.
• Read publication status and account information necessary for the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activities that occur under your authorization.

4. Content Policy

You retain full ownership of all content you publish through Vibe Motion. By using our platform, you agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to publish all content submitted.
• Your content complies with the community guidelines of each connected platform.
• You will not use Vibe Motion to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• You will not use the platform to spam or engage in abusive publishing practices.

5. TikTok API Compliance

Vibe Motion uses the TikTok API in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service. We commit to:

• Using TikTok API data only to provide the core publishing service.
• Not sharing TikTok user data with unauthorized third parties.
• Respecting all rate limits and usage guidelines set by TikTok.
• Maintaining proper OAuth consent mechanisms for all users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Motion provides its service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Any failure of third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to accept or display published content.
• Changes to third-party API policies that may affect service functionality.
• Any loss of data or content resulting from platform outages.

7. Account Termination

You may stop using Vibe Motion at any time by revoking OAuth access to your connected accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these Terms of Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
